Thinking ... in the English classes as preparation of a HOMEWORK!

Three minutes in students' heads during an English lesson!

Ana Isabel did this:

**Homework of Abnormality**

"The homework of the last lesson was: We had to think about during three minutes and then in three other minutes we wrote notes about what we had been thinking.
In these three minutes I thought of many things. I thought why I was thinking about anything during three minutes and then I thought about school, about what I will do next week, about my family, the weather, and finally I though that the teacher was little affected by the book she is reading: "Livro do Desassossego" by Fernando Pessoa.
I confess I was surprised with this task for homework. I've never seen a teacher giving students this sort of homework but... ok... I think this is a very original way to make us work"

Bárbara Sofia came to these conclusions:

** 3 Minutes**

"I'm thinking I have to think about something.
I'm thinking I could think about trees, leaves ... but I can't think about that.
I'm thinking why my teacher is laughing.
I'm thinking I could think about my future ... but I can't think about that.
I think I'm thinking about many things I'd like to think about.
I think I haven't thought. Therefore I was thinking."

Manela wrote:

**My boring thoughts in three minutes in the English class**

" I thought I should be able to think about something because in these times when somebody like the teacher of English asks us to think about something during three minutes it's like having nothing to think about. I just looked around and saw my teacher excitedly smiling to my classmates and moving her fingers on her table; she was surely thinking of something unknown."

Daniel imagined this:

** Three minutes of Noise**

"3 minutes of silence, 3 minutes of noise in my head, 3 minutes of noisy thoughts, weird thoughts.
During the 3 minutes the teacher told the students to be thinking quietly, the first thing my head told me was the teacher had gone crazy (as you can well predict, we thought you had gone nuts!) and the words in my head were :'Oh my God! What's this?' and then I started the exercise.
I thought of the green leaves outside the window, of my Autumn work, that I'd be going to the swimming-pool in the evening and I also thought of Counter-Strike and SpWan.
Everybody had started laughing and my reaction was to ask myself what they were laughing about. After a while I thought that I wouldn't be able to remember anything of what I had been thinking of and the 3 minutes were gone ..."

Bruno asked to publish the following exactly as it is on the draft paper... Is he a "foreigner in the world of emotions"?

In the darkness days
When raining on my skin
I belong to you and you belong to me
I love you wherever you are
These are my feelings
It's all my love for you
For that I want to ask you something:
, do you love me?

Well ...

NICE SUNDAY!
Your beloved E. T. wishes you!

Rosie's Autumn

There's a gold magical dust in Rosie's Autumn!

Diana's Autumn

Diana Martins has a really great imagination!
Her work on Autumn looks like this
and
the way she structured the whole thing
is
really very imaginative.

Hello... Here you have Fátima reporting about her "world of silence, magic and dreams"!

Pretty Land
Pretty Landscape

I won’t only show to you the silence of this wonderful place,
I will also show you my world made of dreams and secrets!

Melres is certainly one of the most paradisiacal places by the Douro river.

Those who visit Melres can enjoy the landscape beauties that this land offers: its marina, the old Church; the river beaches - Melres and Moreira, Senhor dos Passos Chapel, the future town museum, the Town Hall, the Headquarters of Melres Musical Band and Melres Firemen are places you can't miss if you ever come to visit.

In this village you can enjoy some public celebrations, sports and cultural events as well as its beautiful landscapes

Poço Negro

(The picture above is only one of the pic set I got to post here! I just couldn't go on doing it this evening! I'll deal with them later in the week! But the most important thing is readyy : Fátimita's work is here! Enjoy and comment! :) )

The whole bunch

Here is the whole lot of them!
(Although there's a hidden face I'll denounce straight away!
It's Bruno!)
Ladies and Gentlemen let me introduce
**THE TEASED1S** !!!

The ones underneath are the newcomers!
Six of them!
They are already integrated what I find really great from the "old ones"...
However...
there's a certain intuition from my part their coming'll mean a challenge for some of them!
That's healthy though because there won't be no set place for anyone...
These six young souls were in shock at first but I think they've overcome it and are now ready to keep it going!

Two "Autumn/Fall" creative texts

Autumn
(old age)
The season I like better is Spring.
Summer comes after it and then Autumn.
I like Autumn too.
The trees are very pretty before the leaves fall.
The colours of the leaves are yellow or brown,
(The yellow is dark yellow)
dark green...
I think the colours asssociated with Autumn are these.
Maybe gray too because the sky starts getting gray.
But don't say the sun doesn't shine!
The sun also shines in Autumn!
But...On the whole...
the colours of Autumn are a little dark.
The feelings...
They are of
tranquility
( there's a certain serenity)
maybe a little sadness
because of
the "rainy weather" and the gray clouds
and
because of the weather
people feel lonely
and
a bit of monotony.
Patrícia Raquel
With September the Autumn arrives
The land of new colours dressed
Yellow and orange are announcing
the new season
The people are more melancholic
when seeing the fall of leaves
Everything starts to change
With the coming of the Autumn
The people alerady prepare themselves
For the arrival of the rain!
