"Autumn / Fall" creative writing homework

I had a delightful surprised by the end of my work week!

I asked my students to do some creative writing homework on the subject "Autumn".

What some of them handed in to me this afternoon is really nice!

I'll be reporting about it throughout the weekend!

Tiago Heitor is one of the newcomers in this school year. He expresses his feeling about the first contacts with "old everybody" :

"Hello!!!

My name is Tiago Heitor, I am sixteen years old and this is my first
year as a student at

the Secondary School Alexandre Herculano.

My opinion about the first times together with my new classgroup is very positive, because my
classmates tried to integrate me

and

they have been awfully nice with me.

I also liked the teachers; they seem to be very nice and good
teachers, they also tried to transmit the spirit of the school which
seems very good to me and I will try to do my best in order to obtain the desired results

by the end of the year. "

Well...

this post's about first day at school and its impact on us, students.

For most students little was new.

The same school,

the same English teacher,
the same friends,

no novelty.

Let's face it all with the same guts again!

The real impact happened in the 10th grade last year
According to our English teacher we were all astonished with her way!

That's a lie. We were afraid.
Afraid of not having enough knowledge to follow a too much confident
teacher.

The bunch of students involved in this project is a nice one!

It's a class project

I'd like to see successful.

I'm sure they'll enjoy working on it as much as myself as we all like interaction and challenge .

It'll be cool if we ever get visitors, namely English speaking ones, who are not very difficult to find here in the virtual world and we all know we'll have to fight for our popularity.

That's the beginning of a team work that'll last till the end of the school-year but can go beyond that time limit if we are all motivated not to let it die.
